THE ASSESSMENT

Individualization for everyone is tremendously important. That's why our assessment can include all, or a combination of the following:

  • Comprehensive injury history and diagnosis

  • Arthrokinematic and osteokinematic evaluations

  • Special tests/stress tests as needed

  • Functional movement screening

  • Elasticity and neuromuscular assessments

  • Acceleration, deceleration, and reactive change of direction assessment

  • Strength assessment

  • Energy system development assessment

  • Biomechanical evaluation

WHO WE ARE

HD Performance is owned by Hannah Dehghan. She is a certified sports scientist (CPSS), strength and conditioning coach (CSCS), sports nutrition coach (CSNC), corrective exercise specialist (CES), and FRSms specialist with over 11 years of experience training middle school athletes, high school athletes, collegiate athletes, professional athletes, Olympic athletes, and the general population. We are dedicated to helping all athletes reach their maximum potential. We train with intellect and purpose to get high definition results.
